1. What types of footwear do you sell?

Axura offers a wide range of footwear including:

  • Sneakers & casual shoes

  • Boots & ankle boots

  • Sandals & slides

  • Slippers & indoor footwear

  • Specialty shoes for fashion and comfort

All shoes are designed to combine style, comfort, and durability.


2. How do I know what size to order?

We provide a size guide on each product page.

  • Measure your foot and compare it to our sizing chart

  • Check product-specific notes for width or fit recommendations

  • If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for most styles


3. How long does shipping take?

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Axura ships only within the United States.

International shipping is not available unless specified on select product pages.


5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email

  • Use the carrier’s website to track your shipment

If you don’t receive tracking information, contact us immediately.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

  • To request cancellation, email sales@axura.shop with your order number.


7. What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Defective or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery

8. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style:

  • Return the original item (if eligible)

  • Place a new order for the desired item
